I am continually impressed with the work and customer service at Chico Car Care. They are friendly, helpful, efficient, and honest. They go out of their way to make appointments work- providing transportation if needed. I have also walked out the door paying a lower price than what was quoted because something didn't take as long as expected.... VERY HONEST!!!!!!! Those examples aside, the people working there are fun, happy, friendly- just really great people and a joy to talk to. Chico Car Care is the only place I will ever go!

I am new to the area and after some research, called on a Wednesday morning before a trip for the weekend because the A/C on my Lexus had begun to cool inadequately. I was going out of town the next day, and my dog would not have been able to tolerate the heat. I got an appointment later that afternoon, and Dan was able to remedy the problem with minimal expense. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you have a Toyota/Lexus/Scion there is nowhere else to go in the Chico area.

Fixing a AC on 102 degree Friday at 4:13 pm with no appointment now that's service.

This place is the best. Always reasonable and honest. I appreciate the help over the years.
