I received excellent service and at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist! It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but I so appreciate having a place to bring my car that is very efficient and trustworthy.

My family was about to head out of town on a camping trip but our trailer lights weren't working. The trailer was checked out by a different shop and it was functional... so it was a problem with the truck. We were referred to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist since we have a Toyota truck. Turns out they were busy, but fit us in. They didn't charge us a fortune and were able to diagnose and fix the problem pronto. I am so excited to have found a great shop! We'll take all our Toyotas (car and truck) there from now on!!!

I highly recommend this shop. We had work recently done on our 1999 ES 300 Lexus. The rep advised us what work needed to be done and a completion time set. The service was completed with no hidden surprises. It's refreshing to see honest people not like other local Toyota shops in town. This shop was professional,clean,and stress free.

Always friendly, explains the problem, cost, time it will take. And calls you to let you know the progress. Very satisfied with the quality of work.
