I was very impressed by the COVID protocol used by CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist, that was an important consideration to me. I am also grateful to have a certified Lexus shop in Chico and will do all of my future maintenance thru them.

I have been using the CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist folks for several years exclusively. Their communication and quality of service is outstanding every time. Dan, Pat and Rex make me feel as if my car concerns matter. Every visit includes not just what I've brought it in for but they take the time to provide a courtesy exam on my car as well. They run a very efficient repair schedule always getting my car back to me without delay. I would never consider going anywhere else!

The owner is very responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I never worry that I am being up-saled or talked into something I don’t need. He has worked to get me a used part to replace on my Prius which saved me a lot of money. His expertise of the Prius is reassuring.

CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist has been the best automotive experience I've ever had! I think this is the first mechanic in Chico who hadn't taken advantage me for not knowing anything about cars. I went in with my check engine light on and they did a full diagnosis for my 02 Lexus es300. All it needed were hoses replaced and it's working great! I also had to have 5 bulbs replaced in my car and now my tail lights look brand new. They even replaced the cracked plastic on my key for free! After the repairs, they told me that everything on my car looks great and I shouldn't have any major problems anytime soon. I asked them if I would be able to get my car back the same day and they provided that for me, even though that meant Dan had to stay after closing! They were honest with me and I greatly appreciated that. I highly recommend CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist.
