In fact, last winter Dan noticed that my windshield wipers were in need of replacement, and he did it - for free because I've been a customer for so many years. There have been a few times where I've really needed to get my car in ASAP, and they always find a way to fit me in. Every repair I’ve had done at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist has been successful. The most recent one was a big job, and they handled it beautifully. I haven’t had any problems in all my time with them. My mother has also had them do big repair jobs on her vehicle and she has never had any problems either. These guys are excellent at what they do. If you use them to fix your car you are guaranteeing yourself that you won’t have to go spend more money elsewhere afterwards because they do the job right the first time! The customer service is also fantastic. Rex was so patient with me calling him numerous times with a ton of questions.
