I am new to Chico, but I have had my son take his 2002 Toyota Camry to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist a few times. I am impressed with there honesty and ability to communicate the essential needs he has had for his vehicle. There level of professionalism and Customer Service is unmatched in Chico and the surrounding area. I completely recommend them to anyone.

I have my Prius serviced here and it's gone great. The records they keep on the car make it very easy to track needed maintenance. They've even given advice for some of the maintenance I've chosen to do on my own.

Well done all around. CCC was recommended by two different friends in Chico. I called and got an appointment for the same week. We recently purchased a 1998 Jeep Cherokee as back-up for winter weather in Magalia. The dash board dials worked intermittently and the "check engine" light was on. Dan was friendly and professional and the initial quote was quite reasonable. I asked that they also do a full diagnostic. That was brilliantly done. Every single system in the auto was inspected and I have a very nice graph of what needs to be worked on. The overall quote was designed in such a way that we could pick the initial things that really should be done immediately and work on the rest over time. I feel very confident that CCC will keep this old "beater" running and I will be able to trust that it will function as needed in bad weather. We also have a Prius that I will be taking to CCC for regular maintenance work. Dan and the team at CCC are excellent.
