Honest, courteous, knowledgeable...that's what I think of the folks at Chico Care Care. I've been taking my 2013 Lexus here for almost years after moving up from So Cal, and recently had a non-operable 2007 Mustang serviced and it runs great!

The staff always explains everything fully and honestly whenever I get a checkup. A great shop for some quality, local service. The complementary coffee is not bad either.

Once again, a job exceptionally done by CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist. My air conditioning died in the midst of this hellish heat and they took my car in and had it fixed within 24 hours. Can't beat the service. Thanks again.

I have been taking my 2013 Prius since having purchased it used from a major Toyota dealership. While service at the dealership is generally very good and thorough, dealers charge as high as can be charged. CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist does all the needed work to maintain my car to meet Toyota specs, and more. They have taken very good care of the vehicle, and advised me when something needs to be updated or changed, at a significantly better price than the dealer and better than some small shop competitors in town. As specialists in hybrid vehicles, they should be seeing my car for a long time.
