I don’t know how to express my extraordinary first visit to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist. My five-star rating is deserved on every level. By that I want to say it includes the courteous and sincere treatment from the moment I arrived. I am a woman over 70 and each year I experience more loss of the art of listening by professionals, eye contact, and lack of information given. Not so at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist. Prior to coming here, I was given advice by another mechanic for a “full brake job” based on my 2005 Scion XB’s mileage. After a diagnostic check at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist, that was not the case. They could have agreed and taken my money, but that did not happen. They explained clearly and thoroughly exactly why. I was delighted to be spoken to as an intelligent adult! I will use CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for my Scion for everything as long as I own I, and with this business, that should be quite awhile. These Dan and his crew are great! They are on time, keep their promises, and do everything with a smile. The keep track of everything about my car, inform me of any issues, and never, never say "You gotta replace this today." They explain what the issues are, the best way to fix them, how long things could wait, and let me decide. All honesty and no pressure. Plus, they are way cheaper than the dealer. After my Lexus was past its free oil services and inspections at the dealership, I mistakenly had then do the next one on my dime: $240 bucks. Then I went to Dan and it was (and still is) $80. That is not a typo!. Also, later needing a new wheel, Dan got me a new one for one-half the dealer's price. If you drive a Toyota or Lexus, this is the place to go.

When it comes to car care it is really difficult to find folks who really seem to have your best interests in mind - with CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist I have a very comfortable feeling leaving it all to them. They seem to give advise that I can live with. The last job they did for me was the replacement of a hood strut, which I cannot see nor does it have anything to do with the way the car runs so it is hard to have much of an opinion about the job except that it was taken care of without much energy on my part.

Great service, originally took it in my car because I thought my breaks need to be replaced. Instead I received a text message explaining that they didn’t find anything wrong with the breaks but they found other problems. They gave me a list of thing that should be changed immediately and a list of things that will need work in the near future. Overall great experience and I will definitely keep going back. I also spoke on the phone with Jonathan and he is a very kind person to talk to and work with!
