I'm always pleased with the service and the work at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist.

I have been coming to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for service on my Lexus for the last four years. This was my $100,000 mile service and thanks to the mechanic at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist my car is as reliable as the day it was purchased. I had an unexpected leak and Jonathan called to let me know. He quoted a price to repair it and asked if I could leave it over night. This afternoon he called to say that the car was ready and that it would be less than the quote. Needless to say, I drove away feeling happy and safe!

This was my first visit with CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist and I am very happy that they were able to fit me in and work with my busy schedule that day. They were very thorough and honest with their appraisal of what needs to be done and when. I am looking forward to having them take care of my Prius and will definitely recommend them to others.

Service is great for both a newer vehicle that needs just routine service and an old pick-up that needs repair. Dan works with me to prioritize the repairs, keeps on budget and on time. Friendly, helpful staff!

Fair pricing and excellent customer service! They did a complimentary inspection and it came back clean, I appreciate their honesty. Many other companies make dubious recommendations to squeeze more money out of their customers but not this place. Definitely my go to choice for vehicle maintenance in Chico!

Terrible customer service!

Was unsure what the noise was coming from my truck. Brought it in. They were able to diagnose after a test tide and description of the noose. I had also put off previous maintenance from my visit 1 year ago. We discussed the work, and agreed now was the time to handle that as well. When I left the shop, the noise was gone and the handling of the truck was leaps and bounds better than when I had taken it in. Thanks for the communication throughout the process!
