I've never had such excellent service! Great communication, great expertise with my Lexus. It will always be my go to for service and repairs. I started taking my car to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for maintenance (since last year) because they make it so easy to make an appointment and are really friendly. At CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist, I felt like they left decisions about my car up to me (as it should be) and answered any questions I had even if those questions sounded dumb because I'm not a car expert. The staff was also really open about discussing prices with me and they were fast and efficient. I usually don't have to wait long to get my car checked in. For maintenance, it usually takes about an hour and if they find anything wrong with my car, they usually let me know and its up to me whether I want to book another appointment. So far my experience has been pretty good. I would recommend this place to anyone in Chico or passing through Chico.
