Absolutely amazing customer service. They took great care to make sure my car was safe and in good repair. I usually feel a little trepidation when going for car repair as I am not the most trusting of the industry but I felt at ease and had total confidence in this repair shop. Would highly recommend them.

each time I have been here, Pat the man at the desk has always beenvery friendly, and also very thorough, about what my needs are... then I have talked with Dan the owner & the man that handles the shop side, he is very good at explaining what is wrong, how it happens & how it can be fixed, best of all my cars have all worked when I left, they are also honest I had a car that was more trouble than it was worth, they kindly warned me agains spending too much on repairs, I appreciate that as much as the good work. thank you all at Chico Auto care, BTW I have a Subaru not aToyota and they are great on that make too~!~

I am a relatively new customer of CCC. I have found Pat to be a pleasant and straight forward service advisor and the work by the shop work has been timely and well done. My daughter was in town and had a problem with her Sequoia and they were very helpful in getting her safely on the road for home. I like these folks and will keep having them handle my service.

Dan car worked fine while climbing the two hills coming home it heated a little to about 3/4 normal is 1/2 but never got higher and immediately cooled down when on level road. Thanks Joe

I am new to Chico, and this was my first time to come here. It was without question the best experience I've ever had with a car repair shop! They were very clear about what needed to be done and the cost. They also paid for Uber to take me home, and bring me back to the shop! They were fast and efficient. I am a customer for life!

The office personnel and mechanics are always courteous, thorough, and prompt. My favorite mechanic in town- hands down.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought my old truck in for an inspection and some troubleshooting. They gave me a very comprehensive list of issues and areas of concern on the vehicle, rating each issue's priority/severity level. Extremely helpful and nice guys.
