I requested a review of a recently purchased 2008 Prius and received a helpful list of reccomended maintenance items. Thank you for your support in our vehicle maintenance efforts.

Huge waste of my day, Dropped my car off at 1 for service (I called 2 days in advance) & I had to call them back at 5:30 when they close (they seemed to have forgot about me) and nothing had been done to my car. Said there was “miscommunication” by the employees. Guess I have to find another place to go to!

Tried new business to us, recommended by warranty company. The guys were terrific and took care of the specific item that was wrong. I felt they were honest and forthright in their handling my car needs. Will return if and when needed. Just felt it was terrific treatment.

Excellent service

Just a great alternative from traveling a hour and half to the Lexus dealership in Roseville. The people here are courteous, friendly, honest and always do a great job. I was so pleased to have found CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist so close to my house.

My transmission fluid was changed within 20 minutes of the estimated wait time and the mechanics hooked me up with the fluid that had the best warranty/coverage. Everyone who assisted with the service was friendly and I was treated with respect. Comparable service to Goodyear (that's a high compliment from the area I'm local to).

I don't take my Toyota anywhere but here to get serviced. Friendly customer service and great work on my car. Pat has always accommodated me when I request same day service even though I don't expect it.

Finally, a place that can take care of my 07 Toyota Highlander. Without all the b******* of a dealership. Good customer service, they know what they're doing.
