Dude. This place exemplifies what good service is all about. Had an issue with a belt squeaking on my wife’s car. They replaced it in a day and sent an u er to take me home and pick me up while they worked on it. Couple weeks later the sound came back. I called them and the next day they squeezed me in and resolved the issue. It’s been a month since that appointment and no sound has returned. 100% going back here.

These guys do great professional work. Our Lexus was having starting trouble ... and needed back brakes badly. They did it all in a day without any drama.

Very professional and efficient. I was in and out of setting up my appointment in 5 minutes and paid my bill and out of there in 5 minutes in the afternoon.

I just wanted to thank the folks at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist. I brought my truck in to have the radiator replaced last week as I had just noticed it leaking. I had no way of knowing that I would be relying on my truck to get me out of California's most destructive wildfire ever! We were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on bille road for what seemed like an eternity! I know for a fact my truck would not have made it out if you hadn't replaced my radiator! We're lucky. THEY DON'T MERELY EXTEND THE LIVES OF VEHICLES, BUT PEOPLES LIVES AS WELL - (Because they alleviate STRESS that other companies perpetuate!) I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND THEM YEARS AGO!
