I saw commitment to solving a challenging issue with my car. I also felt genuine personal interest by the owner who I feel qualifies as an expert auto diagnostician. Dan even took photos on his phone to show me so I could understand possible explanations for the problem. His experienced judgment was correct. It is fixed.

They are so friendly and helpful. I was a first time customer last month and I literally left with a smile on my face. They have reasonable prices and the shuttle service is awesome! I will make this my "go-to" for my Toyota for as long as I have it.

Pat and Dan are ALWAYS very friendly, not pushy, Their prices are competitive, certainly a lot more reasonable than taking my Honda to a dealership. They do not try to talk me into repairs I do not need. They patiently explain what needs to be done, they never talk down to me (I am a senior lady).
