I have been taking my 2013 Prius since having purchased it used from a major Toyota dealership. While service at the dealership is generally very good and thorough, dealers charge as high as can be charged. CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist does all the needed work to maintain my car to meet Toyota specs, and more. They have taken very good care of the vehicle, and advised me when something needs to be updated or changed, at a significantly better price than the dealer and better than some small shop competitors in town. As specialists in hybrid vehicles, they should be seeing my car for a long time.

Great service!

Came in for my 100K mile service and oil change, along with a few other minor issues. The service was prompt, the work well done, and they didn't even charge me for the minor issues that I needed to have taken care of. I've been coming to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for a few years and have only ever experienced great work and service.

Staff was kind and curtious, even getting me a ride to the school when I needed it. Will go back for any other work I require.
