Dan and the crew we're top notch professional. The vehicle repair took longer than expected, but we ended up getting a small discount even though the repair was extensive. Our spark plugs blew and the engine no longer cranked due to battery acid build-up and corrosion. We also drove the car 300 miles immediately after the repair.... no issues.

So the repair we had on our corolla was extensive because the spark plugs blew. We needed a new wire harness, re-threading of heads, spark plugs, new coils, and battery cables due to corrosion. Even though the repair took longer than anticipated, the guys didn't change the price of the job. But the crazy thing is that they did eventually change the price. THEY LOWERED IT by $27 bucks and we didn't even ask. Then when they found out that they forgot to re-attach the cover for the coils and spark plugs, they immediately came out and found the right nuts and screws to take care of it. No extra cost. I was a little scared because immediately after the repair, we were going to drive 300 miles. No problems. Made it safe in the rainstorm. Enough said already.

I currently live between Chico and Davis, so getting my car taken care of is a bit of a challenge. My Lexus was in need of brake repair badly, and a host of other maintenance. I took it to a shop in Davis and they couldn't get it right. I am always a bit trepidatious when going to a new shop. Frankly, I hate it. I know a bit about cars, but am certainly not an expert, but I definitely know stuff. I never got the vibe that I couldn't trust CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist. From the start Pat was great on the phone, as was Shelly, and then Dan. When I took my car in, everyone was helpful, professional and friendly. HUGE thing to me! They were great when I picked it up as well. I waited to leave a review to see how my repairs worked out. WOW! I got the upper end brakes, and so glad I did. I think I can even tell that the differential fluid is different! When I am no longer between places, I am still taking my car here, I could not be happier!

The staff are really friendly. I was a walk in and they were able to take me right away because someone didn't make their scheduled appointment. Lady luck was on my side. I will definitely return whenever I'm needing auto care.

The folks at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist have earned my trust! I have a 2013 Lexus hybrid and when I moved to Chico from So Cal in July 2016, I didn't know where to go for basic maintenance. Thankfully I decided to take my car here. Pat and Dan are so helpful and pleasant and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. Plus it is fun to hang out in the waiting area while your car is serviced!
