They keep you informed about needs of your automobile and leave it up to you to decide when to perform that service. Very honest and helpful people. So glad I found them when we moved to Chico in past summer.

CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist took care of my emergency need right away. They diagnosed the problem and were able to do the repair while I went downtown with some friends for an hour. They are so personable and caring, as well as being reasonable in their prices for services.
