Used CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist for the first time last week. Not the least expensive place in town but the customer service was wonderful. I feel they took extra care in checking over my vehicle. I had a warranty issue with my battery and they provided me with photos to send to Lexus in Roseville and helped me with communication to get reimbursed. They are patient in answering questions and going over estimates in detail which gave me a sense that they are trustworthy. CCC will be my go-to shop for my Lexus maintenance.
