Fantastic service! On May 15, 2014, I had a three hour drive home and right as I was leaving my home in Chico I noticed that my temperature gauge was acting up. It slowly went back to normal but I was concerned it would act up as I was on the highway and I would be left stranded on the side of the road. I quickly gave them a call hoping they could fit me in for an inspection. Thankfully, Dan told me that he could fit me in and before I knew it I was on my three hour drive home safe and sound. My family was on a road trip from Central Coast California to Oregon in a rental car, when we noticed a funny little shape on the dash board. It was a light informing us we had low tire pressure. We were on I-5 getting close to Chico, and there was a huge accident on the freeway by Orland. I was massively helped by Tanya Torst at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist, who informed me of the best way to get to Chico and what exactly to do about the tire, given we had a rental car and were not at all familiar with Chico. Tanya and Daniel of CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist also gave us excellent directions for finding our way back over to I-5 after our stop in Chico. If I'm anywhere near Chico and have trouble with my Toyota, I know where I'll go for help.

I'm reluctant to rate them so high, no because they're not awesome, but because I don't want everyone to take up the time of the best damn mechanic in Butte County. Seriously great mechanic.
