I wish I could give ten stars!!!! I had my check engine light come on and when I called you, you said to drive straight in. As I pulled in to the shop, two of you came running out to meet me. My car was quickly assessed, fixed, and I was up and running again. I couldn't believe the attention to my car and needs. You are all always so helpful, so thoughtful. It's why I never go anywhere else!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Once again, I was knocked out how detailed and personal their car care and customer care were. Jose went to the trouble to print out details of what would be involved in a type of service I was dubious about and thoroughly explain what was good to do.

Thank you for being so accommodating and flexible with my appt. time. I also want to thank you for your honesty with my service, even though you fixed what you thought was the problem, once you identified that was not the actual problem you did not charge me for the work you had already done.
