We recently had a radiator issue with a 2003 Toyota Sequoia, we call her " Big Red". Jade, Logan, and David were SO helpful and appreciated. Logan actually WALKED over to where my daughter was parked in distress and helped her get the car to the shop. This is my first interaction with CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist but will not be my last as long as I own Toyotas and have ties to Chico. It's so refreshing to find excellent customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone needing care for their Toyota. Car maintenance good

They had my car for 4 months couldn't figure it out wanted to charge me for 4 spark plugs ..320 bucks crazy after I told him I just changed them then left my back seat unhooked and fuel pump cover exposed these guys don't know what to do unless a computer tells em the days of a real mechanic are gone...enjoy
