Thanks…front brake still makes squeaky metallic sound especially when car comes to a full stop! Do the pads need to be worn a bit before sound goes away? A/C works fine. Will replace spark plug after I return from vacation.

Dan took the initiative and ran a timeline maintenance report on my truck, We decided what service was appropriately needed, and I had it serviced. I trust Dan and the folks at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist to give me an honest evaluation when I bring my car in for servicing. I have been going to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist since I bought my 2016 Honda Fit and I've never been worried that the service I receive is overpriced or unnecessary. Dan shows me what needs to be done now, and what I can hold off for later, so that I can save for the next service with confidence. Recently I had the frightening experience of being surrounded by a rock slide while driving through the Lassen Park area on Highway 32. My car was hit from several points while I dodged the rolling rocks. I unavoidably hit a large boulder and the gravel shield on the undercarriage was partially torn from the car. I limped on into Chester and was able to get a quick fix, but when I returned back to Chico the back end of the shield broke from the undercarriage and was dragging on the ground. Dan managed to squeeze me in for repairs, even though his business was swamped that day. He said the gravel shield was salvageable and didn't need to be replaced, thus saving me a lot of expense. I feel with great confidence that my little car is in good hands with Dan and company at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist.
