There were two occasions where CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist could’ve charged me for a part that was under warranty and I wouldn’t have known any better but I walked out the door with no bill because they took the time to check. I wasn’t yet a long term customer but the honesty made me a believer. I now own a Mazda, and CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist is also my preferred repair shop.
