CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist does their best to build trust and provide excellent service. I've been a client for 8 years with worry-free service on 2 different Scion XB wagons. For that alone, I highly recommend this business. This week they did a pre-sale inspection for a 2017 Prius Prime. CarFax had no service reports after 2019. Dan took time to answer my many questions and reassured me about the current condition of the car based on evidence he could observe. He provided a 6-page report which shows what was checked and includes an item that needs immediate attention and measurements of tire tread and brake condition. I rarely write reviews but I have 8 years of gratitude, so it was time to say so. The seller had not earned my confidence, but Dan's assessment reassured me.

Cant recommend this place enough. They not only fixed my car which needed a new alternator, belt and water pump, they found ither issues that needed to be addressed as well. The staff was great and super friendly and my car was done in a day and a half. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them again for future car issues. Outstanding service.

They were fast and friendly. I waited in their clean waiting space with complimentary coffee while they completed the oil change and inspection in about 45 minutes. I really enjoyed being able to book my appointment online as well!

Replaced fuel injectors. Always a pleasure to go to them. They always take care of my 2002 Rav4 that I have had all these years, original buyer I am. I feel my car is always in safe hands. Plus everyone is so friendly. Lots of free yummies too!
