Chico Car Care continues to be my top choice in vehicle repair. The service is top notch - everyone is knowledgeable, respectable and friendly. I am always able to get an appointment right away and receive the diagnostics promptly. They inform me of what needs to be done and why - then fix my car swiftly and affordably. Chico Car Care always does an excellent job. I waited in the office while my 2014 Lexus RX 350 got a routine oil change. It was discovered that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced and the area behind it needed to be cleaned. I was shown the part needing replacement. Apparently a rodent had set up house in it leaving a lot of debris behind and eating through the filter. Gross! Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I wish I lived closer so this could be my everyday mechanic! They were thorough with diagnosis and communication, timely with the repair, and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Dan even checked in on us after we'd continued on our trip to make sure everything was working ok.

I have been going to Chico Car Care for around 6 months and they have always done great service on my car. I commute a lot for work so it’s important to me to have a reliable place for service. I have never had any issues with their service, and the service reports are detailed and easy to read. Also, once I bought my car for just a brake fluid change and they ended up putting air in one of my tires because it was low. A thoughtful gesture on their end and a nice surprise because I knew it was low but I did not request them to fill it!
