excellent service as usual

My 2005 Toyota Matrix now is humming happily since Chico Car Care worked on it. I appreciate their excellent work and personal attention, and also the gratis Uber that took me home and picked me up after my car was serviced.

Perfect service as usual I have never been less than totally satisfied.

I have been taking my car to Chico Car Care for years and years, and will continue to. Their prices are extremely fair. The folks there are so courteous and competent, and they never talk down to me because I'm a woman. Great place!

Very friendly staff who does a thorough job and are knowledgeable on Toyotas. They also take photos of the car and send them to you when they do the inspections which I like because you can see parts of the car you don’t normally.

I’ve always gone to a dealership to have my car worked on, but that may very well change. These folks were very thorough and generated the best vehicle inspection report that I have ever seen My brother, who used to manage a fleet of cars for his company, was extremely impressed and thought the price they quoted for repairs was fair. The wait time was much longer than, I am used to, but that’s alright. Worth it!

Was able to leave my vehicle after business hours and get the service needed and even items that would keep my car running. I was well informed of repairs and recommendations, estimates and time required to complete them.

Had an oil service done at Chico Car Care. The staff was helpful and efficient. The service on my Lexus GX was affordable. I’ll be returning for any future repairs.
