I’ve only been a customer for 6 months now, but was sold on day one! Recently, I brought my 2015 Camry XLE Hybrid in because of issues with my passenger side windows: they were slow to go up or, not at all, until after waiting a few minutes. This had been going on while my car was still under warranty, but was told by the service department they couldn’t have their guys take a look until my windows went to complete failure. Several years later I bring my Camry to Chico Car Care. They diagnose and solve the problem within a few hours. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I’m very happy I chose this place because they were experienced with Toyotas! They didn’t overcharge me and made everything easy, including calling and paying for the Uber. They were great. My car was damaged by a pothole and they got me in right away diagnosed the issue and repaired the leak. Friendly and reasonably priced!

I’ve been looking for a good independent shop to avoid going to the dreaded Honda dealer for repairs. The dealer’s prices are just too high. Chico Care Care was the answer. Not only were their prices fair, but they gave me a CarMax list of all the repairs I’ve had done over the years. On top of which, I was given shuttle service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their Honda or Toyota.
