I am continually impressed with the work and customer service at CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist. They are friendly, helpful, efficient, and honest. They go out of their way to make appointments work- providing transportation if needed. I have also walked out the door paying a lower price than what was quoted because something didn't take as long as expected.... VERY HONEST!!!!!!! Those examples aside, the people working there are fun, happy, friendly- just really great people and a joy to talk to. I am new to the area and after some research, called on a Wednesday morning before a trip for the weekend because the A/C on my Lexus had begun to cool inadequately. I was going out of town the next day, and my dog would not have been able to tolerate the heat. I got an appointment later that afternoon, and Dan was able to remedy the problem with minimal expense. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you have a Toyota/Lexus/Scion there is nowhere else to go in the Chico area.

Fixing a AC on 102 degree Friday at 4:13 pm with no appointment now that's service.
