Late on Friday evening of the Easter weekend my "check engine" light came on in my '07 Camry. Naturally the dealership wasn't open on the weekend so I called Dan Heistand, owner of CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist who told me to bring the car by Saturday morning (even though he wasn't open) and he'll take a look at it. Not only did Dan look at my car, he diagnosed the problem, picked up the part using his own car and had me back on the road by noon. While I was at the shop, 2-3 other people came by needing assistance. Dan helped them all (even though he was closed). Dan was very courteous, professional and efficient. Dan and his team do a great job, i have never been talked down to or treated dumb and has gone above and beyond many times to help. if you live in or around Chico you will not find a better place to bring your vehicle.
