Chico Auto Repair

I was referred to CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist by the local TOYOTA DEALER when their shop couldnt fix my Prius!!(apparently Rick worked there for 15 years and he is known as being able to fix any Toyota problem that comes his way) Boy, am I glad I listened (ive been back 3 times now) Rick knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it just by talking/LISTENING to me explain my situation. I cannot imagine taking my Toyota anywhere other than CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist and will/have told all of my friends/associates. The other reviewer was right - word is getting out and they are busy. However, their customer service never falters and the fact that they care is apparent. I have no doubt they will stay in business for a very long long time! Thank you CHICO CAR CARE, Independent Toyota Lexus Specialist!

You were able to get me in promptly, provide quick and excellent customer service and also helped me with my "tire" problems! If I lived in Chico, I would routinely use your facility for all of my auto needs! Thank You!

Competence,helpfulness, fairness . Be prepared to get in line for those good qualities however because word has gotten out about this business.

Always friendly, always courteous. They always do exactly what I ask and I always get an up front estimate before any work is done. They have never tried to push me into getting something done I didn't want. I definately would recommend them to anyone.

Dropped my truck,Tacoma, off Monday, 7-26-10, for a 20,000 mile checkup. You put regular oil in the oil change after I had started using a synthetic oil on the 15,000 mile checkup, and with your records you should have known that, and I was not happy about that. We checked records to make sure I was right before I left.
