I am new to the area and after some research, called on a Wednesday morning before a trip for the weekend because the A/C on my Lexus had begun to cool inadequately. I was going out of town the next day, and my dog would not have been able to tolerate the heat. I got an appointment later that afternoon, and Dan was able to remedy the problem with minimal expense. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you have a Toyota/Lexus/Scion there is nowhere else to go in the Chico area.
